BRUSSELS (Thomson Financial) - The European Commission said it has taken the first step towards the conclusion of short stay visa waiver agreements between the EU and Antigua and Barbuda, the Bahamas, Barbados, Mauritius, Saint Kitts and Nevis and the Seychelles.
