We have enjoyed a particularly successful Christmas and winter
season and were very fortunate to have had the opportunity to
welcome back so many familiar faces during this period. Christmas,
as always at Sandy Lane, was a very special
time, beginning on Christmas morning with Santa’s arrival
on the Sandy Lane beach on a sleigh pulled by eight of our most
robust Champions dressed as elves.
Many
guests have noticed significant improvements in the presentation
and quality of our food since the arrival of our new Executive
Chef, Richard Ekkebus. Indeed, we are constantly refining this
very important aspect of our operation. New menus have been
introduced throughout the hotel, with ever greater emphasis
on flavour, quality and presentation. Our water sports fleet
has been upgraded with the latest engines to guarantee performance
for the ultimate water-skiing experience. Elsewhere, we have
revised our weekly programme of entertainment to enhance your
after-dinner enjoyment.
